2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds apply only to:

  • First-time purchases of Shared Hosting and Cloud Hosting plans.
  • Requests submitted within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • Accounts in good standing that have not violated our Terms of Service.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Important Exclusion

Due to the immediate costs incurred upon provisioning, VPS servers and Dedicated servers are non-refundable.

The following products and services are also non-refundable:

  • Domain registrations and transfers (ICANN fees are irreversible).
  • SSL certificates.
  • Setup fees and Add-on services.
  • Renewals and upgrades.
  • Promotional and discounted packages.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method used at checkout through Stripe.

Once processed on our end, refunds typically appear in your bank account within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

6. Abuse Prevention

Webhostera reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., spamming, phishing, illegal content).
  • Fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse.
  • Repeated refund abuse (signing up and cancelling multiple times).

7. Termination After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your hosting service will be immediately cancelled. All associated data (files, databases, emails) will be permanently removed from our servers to ensure data privacy.
