Domain registrations are subject to availability and the rules of the respective Registry (e.g., ICANN). Webhostera acts as an intermediary agent.
Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered. We are not responsible for disputes regarding domain ownership or trademark infringement.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
